Housing Plus Group is one of the leading providers of housing, care and support services in the West Midlands.

We own and manage more than 33,000 homes across Shropshire, Staffordshire and Telford & Wrekin -and we believe that everyone deserves a safe, comfortable and affordable place to live.

The Group

In January 2025, the new Housing Plus Group was formed following a merger with The Wrekin Housing Group. This created a stronger, more resilient organisation with greater capacity to deliver for our customers and communities.

Our purpose

Our purpose is simple: to create places that people are proud to call home. Whether that means helping someone find a new home, providing care that supports independence, or looking after our neighbourhoods, we are there for the people and communities we serve.

We are values-driven

We are a forward-thinking, values-driven organisation, with colleagues who share a deep commitment to making a positive difference. Alongside our core services, we provide extra support for those who need it most, from money advice to employment guidance, helping to build stronger, more resilient communities.

We are also tackling the housing crisis head-on, with a commitment to build at least 1,000 new affordable homes every year. This includes social rent, affordable rent, shared ownership, rent-to-buy and other routes to help people access the housing they need.

The future

Looking ahead, our ambition is to grow into a 40,000-home association supporting over 80,000 customers. But for us, success isn’t only about numbers, it’s about the positive impact we make every day in people’s lives.
